REVERSE 911® provides many standard and optional modules that allow you to custom-build a system that meets the exact requirements of your community or organization.
Whether your primary goal is to respond to HazMat emergencies, to gather and report information about criminal activities, or to assist with weather-related evacuations, we will build an Interactive Community Notification system that fits your needs and budget.
Features & Benefits include:
Compatible with Major Mapping Systems - REVERSE 911® employs the GIS mapping systems that are the industry standards, so most communities can use their existing data.
E911 Data Ready - You can import your existing E911 telephone database (where available) into REVERSE 911®. If your local telephone company is not compliant with F.S. 106-81, Sigma can provide you with the "best of class" commercial database for your system. Either database can utilize the GIS mapping technology that you already use.
Multiple Devices - In addition to sending recorded voice messages, REVERSE 911® can deliver text message to wireless receivers, such as digital pages.
Geo-Dimensional Calling - Allows the creation of custom geographic areas, such as "doughnut" shapes, that are defined by known factors, such as mile radius and directional progression.
Interactive Survey - Communities that listen to their citizens' concerns and opinions can provide better services. REVERSE 911® features interactive survey capabilities that allow you to gain valuable insight on important issues directly from those most affected by new initiatives and policies.
Full Networking Capabilities - You can install REVERSE 911® on a stand-alone processor accessible through a single terminal or on a network server with many access terminals.
Off-site Back-up Notification - To protect against those rare instances when your system may not be operating, such as when you relocate your system in a new facility, Sigma can provide you with access to a back-up system located in our state-of-the-art technical center.
Remote Launching Capability - The need to rapidly send messages can occur at any hour of the day or night. REVERSE 911® lets you launch a call session from anywhere you have touch-tone telephone access.
TTY/TDD Calling - This optional protocol lets you send text messages to the hearing impaired who have the required equipment installed.
