Interactive Technology
The REVERSE 911® database management system can automatically update records based on the touch-tone responses of call recipients. This better defines targets for follow-up with customized messages according to the needs within the community.
Simply stated, our patent covers any outbound calling session. During the calling session the caller can ask any question while the callee responds via the key pad on their telephone. The reply is then stored in the computer and automatically available as a parameter for a future calling session.
