Ongoing training of your staff is key to the successful implementation of REVERSE 911® into your community or organization.
We offer several training options to suit your needs.
- Onsite Training
- A member of the REVERSE 911® support team will travel to your location to provide hands-on assistance. Initial training at the time of purchase is included for no additional cost.
- Web-based Training
- You will view our training via a web conference. These training sessions are scheduled to meet your needs and can be customized specifically in terms of the modules your system has installed.
- Web-based Module Refreshers
- These 1-2 hour "mini" sessions are pre-scheduled for customers to join in a forum to learn about specific modules such as REVERSE911.NET® or Guardian Calling.
Customers receive one FREE 2-hour web-based training session per year. Other customized options are available.

REVERSE 911® offers you an easy way to access training via the web. Simply click on the “GoToMeeting” icon to begin your software download.
Prior to joining us online, you will be provided with a Meeting ID code.
Once that code is entered, you will be able to participate in your online training session with REVERSE 911®.
